1. What type of products do you sell?

We specialize in selling exquisite jewelry pieces. Our collections includes timeless vintage designs and sophisticated elegance, and modern minimalist designs, allowing you to elevate your style with must-have accessories.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

3. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at contact@finemoonstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. What is the refund process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We offer free Economy shipping on orders over $50 for domestic shipping and over $100 for international shipping. Shipping charges for orders under the specified amounts will be calculated at checkout.

9. How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.
